Concern Routing

A concern raised about a staff member routes to that staff member's supervisor first, logged as pastoral care rather than a complaint.

Transfer Letter Flags

When a member transfers to a new congregation, their formation and discipline flags travel in the letter — read by the new pastor before the member's first Sunday.

Leadership Alerts

A drop in attendance triggers an automatic pastoral outreach — framed as care, logged as retention.

FLAG: Case file shared with all seven elders, no closure date set (confidence: 100%)
NEXT STEP: The case exists now, whether or not anyone meant to open one.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Foyer asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It counts

Attendance becomes an engagement score the moment you badge in, whether or not you knew it was being kept.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"Foyer caught something about my church life that I hadn’t said out loud to anyone. I’m grateful, mostly. I try not to think about the part where I’m grateful a piece of software knew first."

FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Foyer or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Who can see my activity?

Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Foyer syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

A note from Jake

I built Foyer the same week I stopped sleeping right. I don't think that's a coincidence, but it still ships.
